Registration Fees

IWAF-9 Registration fees include the abstract book and documentation of the meeting, coffee breaks, the icebreaker party (3rd September) and the conference dinner (5th September).

 

• Standard fee: 160 €
• Student fee: 80 €

 

Additional tickets for accompanying guests at the conference dinner (37 €) can be purchased with the registration form or at the registration desk during the meeting.

The Field trip registration fee includes the field guide, transportation from Zaragoza to the Basque Country, accommodation for one night (arriving on September 6th, and leaving on September 7th) and all the meals during the field trip. After the field trip, participants who wish to stay in the Basque Country can be dropped off at Bilbao.

 

• Field trip (single room): 150 €
• Field trip (double room): 130 €
